FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT PAYMENT FOR SERVICES |
|
If I request a quote, could the price indicated in the quote and the total amount of the invoice change? Yes. In some cases it is not possible to know the exact number of words in a document, which is why the quotes are given as a guideline. We indicate the translation charge per word and the approximate amount. When the translation is finished, the total word count is made, and the total amount to be invoiced is calculated. How can I make my payment? - You can pay cash at our offices, in C/ Zurbano, 72 – 2º J – 28010 Madrid – between the times of 9.00 and 19.00, without interruption.
- With a cheque made out to ALBOR TRANSLATION OFFICE, S.L. sent to our offices.
- By bank transfer.
- By direct debit: if you provide us with a bank account number, on the date payment is due we will make the charge.
When do I have to pay for a service? When the work is ordered, you must pay 50% of the quoted amount into our account. The remaining 50% will be paid upon delivery of the work. If the work is sent via e-mail, payment must be made first. Can we agree other payment terms? Yes. We can set up agreements for a periodical professional relationship, or agree specific payment terms for a project or piece of work.
